Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other
should be reported to us within 3 days of the receipt of the products. We may
ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
In case of any defects/genuine fault in goods, please notify us within 3 days
of receipt of goods. Defective goods can be returned to our office India. We will refund the product amount, or we may replace the
product.
GWS have full discretionary right to cancel the order anytime.
Return or Exchange because of disliking the products won't be accepted back
or exchanged.
If the products get damaged or stained during transit by the shipping
company or any other reason, GWS cannot be held liable. Those
products won't be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as
attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
Returns would not be accepted for customized products.
