Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from BuyBuy My in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
● We ship your parcel within 3-4 of receiving confirmed payment through the applicable service as per your order. Due to coronavirus restrictions, there may be exceptional delays in the dispatch and delivery of parcels.
● BuyBuy My has the full discretionary right to cancel the order at any time.
● Shipping information will be mailed to you on your email, as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
● If the order is canceled, lost, or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
● If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
● If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded.
● We charge shipping as per the weight of the items. You may find some items on free shipping but on some items, you would be charged shipping as per the weight of the item.
● We have a shipping partnership with almost all the best service providers in Malaysia like Delhivery, DTDC, Trackon , Madhur, Professional Etc. Shipments are sent through the best available shipping mode at the time of dispatch.
● Out of Malaysia Shipments are sent through UPS/FedEx/DHL which is available at the time of dispatch.


Expedite Shipping Service
● All Orders above 5kg. are shipped through surface shipping service whereas lesser weight articles are shipped through Air mode..
● Delivery within 8 to 10 working days.
● This Service is Traceable.
● Can not deliver on any P.O BOX, APO, or FPO address.
● Requires your physical address along with your phone number and PIN code.



Order Processing
● We endeavor to ship our products to you as soon as we receive your order. For any given day's order load, our policy is to give priority processing to orders that stipulate expedited shipping services. Normally these orders are processed within one business day of receipt if the order was placed before 12 Noon Eastern Time.
● Please check the Boxes/Packages carefully at the time of delivery. In case of a difference in actual and weight mentioned in the airway bill or any box/package is torn, please take a note from the courier guy for further action.
● If the products get damaged or lost during transit by the shipping company, BuyBuy My can not be held liable.BuyBuy My will not be held responsible for any delay, damage in transit, or otherwise due to the courier company. Once the customer receives the product from the courier company or any other delivery method and acknowledges it, it shall be treated as good delivery, and on no grounds, it shall be returned as bad delivery.

International Duties & Taxes
● You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for any further information.
